Methodological and statistical techniques as used by psychologists. Lecture topics will focus on specific methods (e.g., experiments, surveys, comparative research), the questions they can answer, and their strengths and weaknesses, along with basic inferential statistical techniques. The laboratory component will focus on the design, execution, and write up of a research project.
