GEOG 3720 - Remote Sensing
Principles of digital remote sensing and image analysis. Fundamentals of the electromagnetic spectrum. Analysis of the interaction of energy with the Earth and atmosphere using remote sensing systems. Computer laboratory work will involve digital image analysis with environmental applications. Prerequisite(s): One of Geography 2735, admission to the Post-Diploma B.Sc. in Environmental Science, or admission to the Post-Diploma B.Sc. in Geography, with a Concentration in Geographical Information Science
